Safer

This year being the 7th anniversary of September 11th, and in those seven years we have steped up our securty throughout the country. I went to New York this summer and in going through the securty lines I was amased about how much they check now. Even though they are checking so much it seems like everyone has gotten used to it and just goes on with there travels without even really notcing it anymore. We are much safer than we were seven years ago. But we are not untouchable and September 11th proved that. We have all these securty checks and bag checks at the airport but what about the borders. If an inagrant can get across with his family whats to say that a radiclist Muslim can't come across with a bomb. Now days they can make a nuclear weapon the size of a breafcase. We are safer than we were but we have a long ways to go before we are completly safe.

In the first coordinates it looks to be in the moutainous region of a desert. It is very rocky and a harsh looking climate. The climate is very dry in this area. It doesn't seen like there is many rivers or streams running through there. It looks like it's was the base of a river at some point and time. It's about 18.5 mile apart. It is very heavly populated and looks like are some fields that looks to be used for farming then there is a golf course. Humans brought in water to help let thing grow there, so they could build houses and so they could live there. Unlike the desert just a few miles away. This place is located just a couple hundred miles from the ocean. Beacuse they are so close to the ocean they could drill for water and not have to go to deep to hit water. If a human woughts to build some where they will find away.

About me

Well Mr. Combs this will be the third time I will have one of your classes. Over the summer I got to go and see the Yankees play in New York before they tore down the stadium and went up the Wrigley field. I have been to 12 major league stadiums and hope to go to them all before i die. Those two thing had to be the best two highlights of my life. I now have been to 40 of the 50 states and this summer hope to add England to my passport. At the start of the next school year i hope to be attending NC State but if that doesnt work I will go to App. The biggest reason I took this class was for the college credit and to learn more about the world and the things that go on around us.
